We believe in providing opportunities for our students to be active members of our community and contribute to the improvement of the school. We aim to embed leadership skills into everyday school life with the understanding that being a leader is taking responsibility for making a positive difference within the school. In every class, students have the chance to be a leader for the day or to be responsible for some aspect of the daily running of the class.
Student Council
In years 4-6 students have the opportunity to become a representative on the Student Council. The Student Council is a group of students elected by their peers to represent all students within the school. The student council helps share ideas, interests, and concerns of students with teachers and school principals. They often also help raise funds for school-wide activities, including social events, community projects, and helping people in need.
